I watched the rest. sry about my gramatical error’s in my last post. im stoned. his argument that making it legal would make it more available to kids is BOGUS. if mom and dad smoke the kid is going to one day find it. and adults who want to smoke ,for the very most part can get pot any time they want it. and teenager’s can get pot in 2 seconds these days.wouldnt u rather have the ability to buy it legaly and safely? i would.
i stop watching at 2:31. the reason kid drop out of school isnt becuase of pot use,it’s because most high schools suck big time.ipeople get into accidents because they are young and still need to learn how to drive, not because they smoked pot. tell some more lie’s Mr. district Attorney. ok am going to watch the rest now.
Don Don Don
Even though part of me wishes I could just reply to the district attorney with thoughtful and cognizant counter arguments. The louder and angrier side of my intellect just wants to punch the egotistical shit out of his tiny little head. I’m so freaking tired of uptight small minded officials governing my rights and freedoms. Freedom is a myth. Ignorance is reality.
First of all the human brain is developing until about 21 years of age; therefore underage use should be prohibited. For the dude arguing against; I can’t believe anyone buys his arguments.
If we were to have had cautionary tobacco campaigns in its early years of commercialization how many fewer tobacco addicts would we have today?
Educate don’t incarcerate.
Thanks jessicacorry, we need more good talk like this!
Im from the Uk, so this is my first experience of listening to Jessica Corry – she knows her stuff. Its time to end prohibition.
Opponents love to spew some fancy numbers don’t they. Numbers that they know the host of any given news program will have no way of disputing.
The district attorney’s concern about youth smoking pot is understood. But he fails to comprehend that the youth can obtain marijuana more easily then alcohol because it’s sold on the street corner unregulated.
Legalize, tax and regulate. 70 years of prohibition and 40 years of the war on drugs is enough.
