@420xwaytoomanyx420 Thats why we the people must make sure the legislation towards legalizing marijuana is fair before it is enacted into to law. That’s what our rights are for in our country we might as well use them and take advantage of the opportunity while it lasts.
@MrBluntsworth420 exactly that and decriminalization is kinda a flawed idea. It’s legal to posses it but its illegal to produce it. How is that supposed to work you know lol.

Decriminalization is actually really really good. Because that means that in addition of it not being a jail-able offense any more it means that the Govt. doesn’t TAX the fuck out of it and they also dont require that you purchase it through them (Wich would be how it worked at some point). If they legalized it i still would not be able to grow and sell it and in addition to getting busted for selling it initially i would ALSO get a FEDERAL case for Tax evasion..So what seems better?
@420xwaytoomanyx420 Decriminalization is pointless… it would still be illegal and we would just get fined when caught with pot right? I don’t think it would help much besides taking some strain out of crowded prisons…but would clog up courts like crazy with the bull shit civil suits. Higher thc is HEALTHIER because you don’t have to smoke as much to gain the desired effect…
